Board Members’ Transactions in KPN Securities

Notifications to the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets

Under European law, the members of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Management (and certain other insiders) must notify the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) of certain transactions in KPN securities concluded by them or on behalf of them. The AFM discloses these notifications on its website.

Inside Information Code of Conduct

Members of the Board of Management and Supervisory Board and designated KPN employees that have access to inside information through the exercise of their employment, profession or duties, are subject to the "Inside Information Code of Conduct". This Code of Conduct contains rules for possession of and transactions in KPN securities by such designated persons.
