REA's first carbon footprint report published

REA's inaugural carbon footprint report identifies and quantifies the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions associated with the production of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel oil (PKO) at the group's palm oil mills in 2011. This will facilitate the design and implementation of effective strategies for reducing the group’s GHG emissions and will provide a baseline against which progress in achieving GHG reductions can be monitored and reported to stakeholders.
