The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Frankfurt/Main and Berlin, November 27, 2015 - Today, Deutsche Wohnen AG entered into an agreement for the acquisition of a real estate portfolio comprising approximately 13,600 residential units from PATRIZIA Immobilien AG. In total, Deutsche Wohnen has acquired around 15,200 residential units since midyear. Around 5,600 of such residential units are located in Berlin and around 3,800 residential units are located in Kiel. The purchase price including transferred liabilities amounts to around EUR 1.2 billion and is financed by approximately 50% each through the banking market as well as existing liquid funds. The transaction, based on the projected financing structure will presumably increase Deutsche Wohnen AG's annual FFO by approximately EUR 40 million after full integration.
