Change in Supervisory Board of Deutsche Wohnen AG
- Dr. Michael Leinwand appointed new member of the Supervisory Board

Frankfurt am Main / Berlin, 24 August 2010. Dr. Michael Leinwand, Chief Investment Officer of Zurich Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft, has been appointed new member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Wohnen AG with immediate effect. He succeeds Dr. Jens Bernhardt, managing partner of Bernhardt Advisory GmbH.
Dr. Leinwand has been appointed as member of the Supervisory Board by the district court of Frankfurt/Main at the request of the members of the Management Board of Deutsche Wohnen AG. The appointment will end with the next Annual General Meeting, as the appointment by court shall not compromise the election right of the Annual General Meeting.
