On 20 December 2013 Sun Life Financial Inc., Toronto, Canada, informed us according to Article 27 a, Section 1 of the WpHG in connection with exceeding the threshold of 10 % on 6 December 2013 (voting rights announcement dated 12 December 2013) as follows:

1)
The notifying Party does not hold any direct voting rights in the Company. All voting rights are fully attributed according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in conjunction with Section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.

The investment of the Notifying Party's subsidiary - an investment firm that invests on behalf of its clients - is solely aimed at generating trading profits.

The investment is not aimed at implementing strategic objectives.
2)
The Notifying Party does not currently plan to acquire further voting rights within the next twelve months by means of a purchase or by any other means. However, it is possible that the subsidiary of the Notifying Party will most likely purchase further voting rights within the next twelve months if the purchase of voting rights is deemed beneficial to the subsidiary's clients. These voting rights would be fully attributed to the Notifying Party again.

3)
The Notifying Party does not intend to exert any influence on the appointment or removal of members of the Company's administrative, managing and supervisory bodies.

4)
The Notifying Party does not intend to achieve a material change in the Company's capital structure, in particular as regards the ratio between own funds and external funds and the dividend policy.

In respect of the origin of the funds used to acquire the voting rights, we hereby give notice according to Section 27a para. 1 sentence 4 WpHG that the Notifying Party did not raise any equity or debt funds for the acquisition of the voting rights. All voting rights were fully attributed according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in conjunction with Section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG (11.05% of the voting rights).

On 20 December 2013 Sun Life Global Investments Inc., Toronto, Canada, informed us according to Article 27 a, Section 1 of the WpHG in connection with exceeding the threshold of 10 % on 6 December 2013 (voting rights announcement dated 12 December 2013) as follows:

The notifying Party does not hold any direct voting rights in the Company. All voting rights are fully attributed according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in conjunction with Section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.

The investment of the Notifying Party's subsidiary - an investment firm that invests on behalf of its clients - is solely aimed at generating trading profits.

The notifying Party does not hold any direct voting rights in the Company. All voting rights are fully attributed according to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in conjunction with Section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.

The investment of the Notifying Party's subsidiary - an investment firm that invests on behalf of its clients - is solely aimed at generating trading profits.

The investment is solely aimed at generating trading profits.
The investment is not aimed at implementing strategic objectives.
2)
The Notifying Party does not currently plan to acquire further voting rights within the next twelve months by means of a purchase or by any other means. However, as the Notifying Party is an investment firm that invests on behalf of its clients, further voting rights will most likely be purchased within the next twelve months if the purchase of voting rights is deemed beneficial to its clients.

3)
The Notifying Party does not intend to exert any influence on the appointment or removal of members of the Company's administrative, managing and supervisory bodies.

4)
The Notifying Party does not intend to achieve a material change in the Company's capital structure, in particular as regards the ratio between own funds and external funds and the dividend policy.

In respect of the origin of the funds used to acquire the voting rights, we hereby give notice according to Section 27a para. 1 sentence 4 WpHG that the Notifying Party did not raise any equity or debt funds for the acquisition of the voting rights. All voting rights were fully attributed according to
- Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG (9.80% of the voting rights) and - Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in conjunction with Section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG (1.26% of the voting rights), (a total of 11.05% of the voting rights).
