Zehnder Group completes acquisition of Siber

Graenichen (CH), 12 July 2024: Zehnder Group (SIX: ZEHN), a leading international provider of complete solutions for a comfortable, energy-efficient and healthy indoor climate, has completed the acquisition of Siber. The transaction was announced on 3 July 2024. Siber is a leading company in the field of residential ventilation systems for newly built apartment buildings in Spain and Portugal, a growing market segment that Zehnder intends to expand in further. Siber's attractive products, which are ideally suited to the needs of southern European customers and cover the mid-price segment, perfectly complement Zehnder Group's product portfolio. This will enable Zehnder Group to sustainably strengthen its growth, particularly in Spain and Portugal as well as in other southern European countries. For the 2024 financial year, Siber expects sales of around EUR 37 million, with an EBIT margin on a par with Zehnder Group's ventilation segment.
