Zehnder Group and Airthings end talks on potential transaction
Gränichen (CH), 8 July 2025: Zehnder Group (SIX: ZEHN) and Airthings ASA have decided not to continue the process on a potential acquisition of the assets of Airthings' business customer segment. After careful consideration as part of the usual due diligence process, both parties have mutually agreed to terminate the negotiations.
