Valentina Videva Dufresne appointed President North America and Member of the Group Executive Committee of Zehnder Group
- Appointment of President North America to spearhead the continued growth of Zehnder's North American business
Graenichen (CH), 11 October 2024: Zehnder Group (SIX: ZEHN), a leading international provider of complete solutions for a comfortable, energy-efficient and healthy indoor climate, today announced the appointment of Valentina Videva Dufresne as President North America and a member of the Group Executive Committee, effective 1 January 2025. In this new role, Valentina Videva Dufresne will be responsible for driving the continued growth of the Group’s North American operations.

Prior to joining Zehnder Group, Valentina Videva Dufresne, a U.S. citizen, held a series of senior positions with increasing responsibility at Sensata Technologies, an S&P 400 global industrial technology company. She earned an Executive MBA from MIT’s (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Sloan School of Management, with certificates in business analytics and sustainability, and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
