Dissemination of an Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG, transmitted by DGAP - a company of EquityStory AG.

MyLotto24 Ltd, a fully consolidated minority holding of Tipp24 SE, has declared a jackpot payout of EUR 11.7 million on 15 May 2010 in a secondary lottery it organized.

Including the above jackpot prize, the amount of winnings payouts for secondary lotteries as of 15 May 2010 was EUR 19.3 million in total above the statistical average. This has resulted so far in a negative revenue effect of the same amount and a negative EBIT effect of EUR 17.1 million.
Taken alone, this would result in a reduction of expected revenue and earnings. However, these negative effects may be offset by winnings payouts during the remaining months of the current fiscal year which are well below the statistical average, or by significantly increased stakes received due to a very high jackpot. In view of the statistical fluctuations inherent in such a business model, it is too early at present to make a specific forecast update. Tipp24 SE plans to update its forecast as scheduled as part of its half-yearly financial report.
