Datacolor plans to move to the Domestic Standard at SIX Swiss Exchange


The shares of Datacolor AG, Lucerne are expected to be traded from September 15, 2009 onwards in the Domestic Standard at the SIX Swiss Exchange, provided that the approval from SIX Swiss Exchange will be received. Accordingly, the last trading day at the Main Standard would be Septem­ber 14, 2009. The change of the standard relates to the move of the applied accounting regulations from IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) to Swiss GAAP FER and is based on the guidelines regarding accounting standards (RLR), Article 6.


Following the change of the accounting standard, goodwill and intangible assets relating to acquisi­tions in the amount of CHF 9.1 million will be netted with Equity and pension fund liabilities of CHF 0.9 million will be released. As a consequence, Equity as per last published balance sheet date March 31, 2009 will be CHF 26.3 million (before CHF 34.5 million) and equity ratio equals 58 percent (before 63%).
