Annual General Meeting of Datacolor AG

The Annual General Meeting of Datacolor AG held January 14, 2010 in Lucerne followed the proposals of the Board of Directors on all items on the agenda. In particular, current directors Werner Dubach and Fritz Gantert have been re-elected for a further term of three years. Moreover, the General Meeting confirmed KMPG AG, Lucerne, as statutory auditors for a further term of one year and approved distribution of a dividend of CHF 3.00 per registered share. The share will be traded ex dividend from January 18, 2010; the dividend is to be paid on January 21, 2010.
