Peter Beglinger re-elected – Gross dividend of CHF 12.00 per share
The 2011 Annual General Meeting of Datacolor AG held on January 13, 2011 in Lucerne adopted the proposals of the Board of Directors. Notably, current director Dr. Peter Beglinger was re-elected for a further term of office of three years, and KPMG AG, Lucerne, was confirmed as statutory auditors for a further year. The Annual General Meeting also approved the distribution of a dividend of CHF 12.00 per share.
Assuming stable development in the economy, Datacolor is confident of achieving its growth and return targets for the 2010/11 financial year despite a certain degree of caution caused by continued strong shifts in the key currencies.
