Datacolor to adopt functional organization

Sales and support strengthened – organization streamlined

Datacolor AG – manufacturer of software and hardware systems for color measurement and communication for the global market – is implementing a functional organization with immediate effect. The adjustments which are taking place in the context of the strategy implementation will increase efficiency and coordination in sales, product management and research and development.

The new functional organization will merge the sales and support departments of the Industrial and Imaging Business Units. Brian Levey, currently Head of the Industrial Business Unit, will take over the responsibility for Datacolor's worldwide sales and support activities. Product Management will be led directly by Chief Executive Officer Albert Busch. Chief Financial Officer Mark Leuchtmann will take over the responsibility for IT and Human Resources. Knut T. Fenner, head of the Imaging Business Unit, is leaving the company.
