Shareholders approved all proposals – Dividend payout of CHF 11 per share from reserves from capital contributions

The Annual General Meeting of Datacolor AG approved all proposals of the Board of Directors on January 10, 2013 in Lucerne. The shareholders confirmed the re-election of Werner Dubach and Dr. Fritz Gantert as members of the Board of Directors for another period of office for three years. KMPG AG, Root/Lucerne, was re-elected as statutory auditor for fiscal year 2012/13.

The Annual General Meeting approved a dividend payment of CHF 11 per share which corresponds to a total payout of CHF 1.7 million. The dividend will be paid from reserves from capital contributions and will not be subject to withholding tax. The payout to the shareholders will be executed on January 17, 2013.

Werner Dubach, Chairman of the Board of Directors, declared at the General Meeting: “Also during the new fiscal year, we will continue to make every effort to assure that Datacolor, given a stable economic trend, makes a further important step toward its growth and return targets by launching numerous innovative products.”
