Changes to the Board of Directors at Datacolor AG

 

At the ordinary General Meeting on December 5, 2018, the Board of Directors of Datacolor AG will propose that Hanno Elbraechter (1980), be elected as a new member of the Board of Directors.

 

Hanno Elbraechter studied Marketing, Finance and Business Law in European Business Program (EBP) at the Ecole de Management (ESC) de Bordeaux, France and University of Applied Sciences Münster, Germany. He worked for more than ten years at Deckel Maho Gildemeister (DMG) in various management positions and was most recently CEO Asia. Since 2014 he is a member of the Executive Committee and Head of Business Unit Technology at DKSH, mainly in Asia.

 

After 15 years of membership at the Board of Directors of Eichhof Holding AG and then of Datacolor AG, Dr. Fritz Gantert (1958) decided not to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the next general meeting on December 5, 2018. Fritz Gantert has contributed significantly to the development of Datacolor with his valuable experience and his know-how, especially in the areas of technology and production. The Board of Directors would like to thank Fritz Gantert most sincerely for his many years of dedicated work.
