The percentage of the voting rights of BR Jersey International Holdings
L.P. in RWE AG has fallen below the threshold of 3% on 7 November 2014 and
amounts to 2,99% of the voting rights (17,190,407 voting rights) on that
day. 2,11% of the voting rights (12,168,878 voting rights) are attributable
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. 0,05% of the voting rights
(277,054 voting rights) are attributable pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent.
1 no. 2 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. 1,19% of the voting rights
(6,822,993 voting rights) are attributable pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

Please note that the total amount stated above does not necessarily equal
the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This results from voting
rights having multiple attributions within the BlackRock group structure.
