The percentage of the voting rights of BlackRock Financial Management, Inc.
in RWE AG has fallen below the threshold of 5% on 8 December 2014 and
amounts to 4,96% of the voting rights (28,566,627 voting rights) on that
day. 2,35% of the voting rights (13,517,322 voting rights) are attributable
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. 0,001% of the voting rights
(3,099 voting rights) are attributable pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 2 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. 0,01% of the voting rights (33,620
voting rights) are attributable pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG. 2,92% of the voting rights (16,787,801 voting rights) are
attributable pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.

the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This results from voting
rights having multiple attributions within the BlackRock group structure.
