Further to the announcement made by Ocado Group plc (the "Company") on 23 January 2012 of the appointment of Wendy Becker as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 March 2012, the Company confirms that Wendy Becker's appointment will now take effect from 30 March 2012.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.12 of the Listing Rules.
