Your Family Entertainment AG: Closing of distribution contact for Pay-TV channel "Fix&Foxi" via the TV offerings of Vodafone

Munich, January 23th 2020

The management board of Your Family Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft (WKN: A161N1, ISIN: DE000A161N14, Kürzel: RTV) announces closing of a distribution contract for the distribution of the Pay-TV channel "Fix&Foxi" with Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH (Vodafone).

From the end of February 2020, "Fix&Foxi" will be included in 3 packages and thus significantly increases its technical reach and subscriber base in the German Pay-TV market.

In addition to the linear channel "Fix&Foxi" TV, this contract also includes the substantial expansion of the existing video-on-demand-cooperation between Your Family Entertainment AG and Vodafone.
