Your Family Entertainment AG / Key word(s): Miscellaneous Press release Supervisory Board resolution to convert bearer to registered shares Munich, March 25 2015 - Management Board and Supervisory Board of Your Family Entertainment AG decided in the Supervisory Board meeting on 23 March 2015 to propose to the Annual General Meeting on 24 June 2015 to convert the Company's shares from bearer to registered shares. Operating a TV station in Germany requires a regulatory permit on the basis of the German Broadcasting Act. By converting the Company's shares to registered shares the Company will ensure the lasting basis to operate its TV stations in compliance with the German Broadcasting Act is established.
