Your Family Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft decides to call an extraordinary general meeting for the authorisation of the issuance of convertible bonds.
Munich, 26th of September 2013. The management board of Your Family Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft, Munich, (WKN 540891; ISIN DE0005408918) has today resolved to call an extraordinary general meeting with the approval of the supervisory board. The only item on the agenda shall be the passing of a resolution about the authorisation to issue convertible bonds and the creation of conditional capital in this respect. The extraordinary general meeting is expected to take place on the 7th of November 2013. The invitation to the general meeting will shortly be published in the Federal Gazette.
