After yet another positive financial year in 2011, Your Family
Entertainment AG (WKN: 540891; ISIN: DE0005408918; Abbreviation: RTV),
Munich, plans to pay a tax-free dividend in the amount of 2 euro cents per
share.
Today, the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board resolved that the
respective proposal will be submitted at the shareholders' meeting on 27th
June 2012.
Because the dividend is being paid from the tax reserve account as defined
by §27 of the German Corporate Income Tax Act, the payment - once it is
resolved at the shareholder's meeting - will be tax-free.
