Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co KGaA (ISIN: DE000A0L1NN5) generated
proceeds in the amount of EUR 8.3mn through the disposal of its entire
13.7% stake holding in Realtime Technology AG (ISIN: DE0007012205) to a
consortium of buyers. This equates an increase of liquid assets of 68 cents
per share respectively a realized EPS of 16 cents. Through this
transaction, Heliad further advances its portfolio focus on majority
holdings in asset-light service companies in the German mid-market. The
transaction was accompanied on the selling party's side by Silvia Quandt &
Cie. AG.

'Disposing this minority holding of our portfolio we have accomplished a
major part of our portfolio optimization. With RTT, a good company could be
sold to a strategic buyer consortium. With an increased NAV of EUR 6.50,
the selling proceeds of EUR 8.3 million and a realized profit in the amount
of EUR 1.9 million or 16 cents earnings per share, Heliad is in a
comfortable position for additional investments and exits in the coming
