share buy-back programme

Heliad Equity Partners GmbH und Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A0L1NN5/ WKN: A0L
1NN), a leading Private Equity investor with focus on
buy-and-build-strategies in German 'Mittelstand', has repurchased 211,000
own shares, equalling the volume of 3.01% of the companys authorized
capital. The transaction is part of a share buy-back programme, decided by
the annual general meeting at the end of May, 2009. The decision has
enabled Heliad to buy back up to 700,000 registered securities equalling
10% of Heliad's authorized capital. The duration of the programme ends at
November 29, 2010.
The rebought shares can be used for any purpose authorized by annual
general meeting, especially for later redemption, as cash for growth as
well as for later disposal of the shares.
