As part of the capital increase measures of C-Quadrat Investment AG
concluded yesterday, Heliad Equity Partners sold all its shares in
C-Quadrat. Heliad will receive proceeds on this disposal of €4.6 million.
The profit on the total investment is €2.4 million. Thus, Heliad has more
than doubled its investment and generated a return of 195% p.a.
(cash-on-cash IRR).
