As of 31st October 2006, the Net Asset Value of Heliad Equity Partners was
EUR 1.28 per share. During october the valuation of the individual
portfolio holdings did not vary significantly which led to a constant
de-velopment of the Net Asset Value compared to the previous month.

The Net Asset Value is calculated on the basis of the 44,781,268
out-standing shares of the share capital on the reporting date. The
valuations are in line with the International Financial Reporting Standards
(IFRS) on interim reporting and the International Private Equity and
Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines of the respective national private
equity umbrella organisations. Participations in non-listed participations
are carried at fair value. Valuations of listed participations are
calculated at market value. The Net Asset Value of Heliad Equity Partners
is calculated to the end of the month and published in the following month.
