++ Portfolio company MAGNAT Real Estate Opportunities achieves successful
market flotation
MAGNAT Real Estate Opportunities, a portfolio company owned by Heliad
Equity Partners, has succeeded today in becoming quoted on the Open Market
of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. MAGNAT is a property developer and
property dealer focusing on Eastern European countries. Its aim is to
exploit the inefficiencies inherent in the property market for the benefit
of its shareholders. Taking into account the use of third party funding
MAGNAT currently has a volume for investments of about 50 million euros.
The first property has already been purchased and the investment process is
functioning right now in respect of numerous properties.

concentrating on companies mainly in the German-speaking area. Investments
are made in companies that are in a strong expansion period or a special
