The shares of the Primag AG, Düsseldorf, a portfolio company of Heliad
Equity Partners, were offered for the first time on Monday, 10.07.2006, in
the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The CloseBrothers
Seydler AG acted as Lead Manager. The first price was 5,00 Euros, thus
corresponding with the issue price. Primag AG is an exclusive real estate
business company specializing in representative objects in selected
residential areas in Düsseldorf. Historic old buildings are preferably
acquired which are then subjected to high-class renovation and offered to
self users and investors.
Today Human Optics AG, Erlangen, under the management of the VEM
Aktienbank AG celebrates its introduction to the stock market in the Entry
Standard. The innovative company is active in the sector of eye
implantation surgery. The specifically developed, produced and sold
products generally serve as a substitute for the natural lens and are
implanted into the human eye. Fields of application are all cataract
illnesses and refractive surgery.
Heliad Equity Partners once again accomplished two successful Exits despite
the difficult current environment. By this accomplishment, Heliad has
already topped its stated targets from the beginning of the year and the
last capital increase. By the end of 2006, at least two more companies from
the portfolio are to go public.
