The Annual General Meeting 2016 will be held on 27 April 2016 in Zurich. As announced on 23 February 2016, the Board of Directors proposes, amongst others, a dividend per share of CHF 3.35 and the election of Katrina Machin and Simonis Maria Hubertus (“Ben”) Tellings as new Board members.
