Zurich – Dr Emanuel Hofacker, General Counsel and Member of the Management Board, has decided to leave the company at the end of June 2022 to take up a new professional challenge.
Emanuel Hofacker has held various positions at the Bank over the past 15 years. In 2014, he was appointed a member of the Management Board and, as General Counsel, was responsible for Legal, Compliance and Corporate Communications. He was instrumental in strengthening the organisation from the point of view of corporate governance requirements and in setting up the Group on a sustainable basis.
