Cembra to optimise organisational structure

Zurich, Switzerland – Cembra Money Bank AG ("Cembra") has a successful distribution model of 25 branches within Switzerland. To improve this unique distribution system and to optimise its cooperation with loan brokers and clients, the bank is restructuring its branch business. The new structure will be based on five broker regions. In addition, the dense distribution network will be divided into seven regions with seven regional heads, which will make it possible to target local and regional client needs even more efficiently. The new organisational structure will also allow the Cembra head office and the branches to work together more intensively.

This new structure, which comes into effect on 1 July 2015, will generate only benefits for the clients and partners of Cembra. The changes will ensure sustainable growth for the Swiss bank and position it better in the market.

"Cembra is evolving along with the high expectations of its clients and partners," said Peter Schnellmann, Sales Leader Branches and Commercial Sales at Cembra. "The changes to our organisational structure and processes will have only positive effects both for our company and for our clients and partners," said Robert Oudmayer, Chief Executive Officer of Cembra. "Our bank is well-positioned going forward in a competitive market environment. We are taking another important step in the right direction."
