Change in the Board of Directors of Cembra Money Bank

Zurich – Ben Tellings has decided to step down from Cembra's Board of Directors as per 31 December 2019, after almost four years of service. He was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in 2016 and as Vice Chairman in 2017. He also serves as a member of the Compensation and Nomination Committee.

Ben Tellings will resign for private reasons, which are not related to the Bank. Chairman Dr Felix Weber said: “On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ben Tellings for his valuable contributions in positioning Cembra after the IPO as a leading Swiss provider of consumer finance products and services. The Board and I have strongly benefited from his in-depth knowledge in consumer financing and banking in general”. From 2020 on, Ben Tellings will continue to contribute his extensive experience and expertise as an external consultant for selected projects.
