Antoine Boublil to leave Cembra Money Bank after 4 years as CFO

Zurich – Antoine Boublil, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Member of the Management Board of Cembra Money Bank AG, has decided to leave the company to assume the role of the CFO of the Swiss Universal Bank Division of Credit Suisse.

Felix Weber, Chairman of the Board of Cembra Money Bank, said: “We regret that Antoine has decided to leave our Bank. He has done an excellent job as CFO of our company over the past 4 years.” Cembra's CEO Robert Oudmayer commented: “Antoine Boublil fulfilled an important role in Cembra's successful IPO in October 2013. I want to thank him for his excellent contribution over the years.”

Antoine Boublil will continue to serve Cembra Money Bank until May 2016 to ensure a smooth transition. Cembra Money Bank is working on the nomination of his successor.
