according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its proportion of
voting rights on Brenntag AG, Stinnes-Platz 1, 45472 Mülheim an der Ruhr,
Germany, has exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on June 13,
2014, and on that day amounted to 4.79% (this corresponds to 2,465,000
voting rights).

On June 18, 2014, Bankhaus Lampe KG, Bielefeld, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its proportion of
voting rights on Brenntag AG, Stinnes-Platz 1, 45472 Mülheim an der Ruhr,
Germany, has exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights on June 16,
2014, and on that day amounted to 7.27% (this corresponds to 3,742,888
voting rights).
